We don’t divide customers’ orders into “profitable” and “unprofitable”, convenient for our company and not convenient. We accept orders starting from one pallet and deliver goods from various European factories to customer’s warehouse or building site in Russia, including all customs clearance procedures in the European Union and Russia. Door-to-door shipping is provided according to Incoterms 2010 DDP rules.

Different ways of cargo delivery are used depending on cargo type, loading place and customer’s time and cost requirements. We use the following transport:trucks;

• sea and railway containers;
• railway freight cars;
• roll-trailers on Ro-Ro type vessels;
• chartered vessels.

After 20 years of successful work our company has gained significant experience in delivering to Russia various building materials: bricks, floor tiles, ceramic roof tiles, roofing accessories, etc. PackDale Logistic imports products from more than 120 factories, located in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, England France, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Austria.

Among our Russian partners there are many official dealers of European manufacturers. Dealer warehouses are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Togliatti, Tyumen and other cities. When working with the majority of our customers, we implement Third Party Logistics (3PL) technology, offering the full range of logistic services:

• organizing shipments and managing deliveries;
• tracking ordered goods;
• preparation of import and export documentation;
• preparation of freight documentation;
